Canoe Requests

All Clubs
Complete an Intent to Race form with your canoe needs.

We appreciate everyone’s patience in this matter as canoes can sometimes be assigned very close to race day. We will be in contact with you with any updates.

If you are helping a visiting team by loaning a canoe or sharing an escort boat, please let us know immediately. Please send that information to

This race has many moving parts due to the multiple location logistics so please stay in contact with us as we want to work together to minimize canoe towing either to or back from Avalon.

Chase Boats

All clubs are required to complete an Intent to Race form.

Only Visiting Crews are given help in acquiring a chase boats. All SCORA crews must obtain chase boats on their own.

*Co-ed and/or Master Co-ed can be a mixed crew of 5 women and 4 men. Junior Coed is 6 women and 4 men.
