How to Register/Guest Club Login
REQUEST CANOES & CHASE BOATS DIRECTLY THROUGH REGISTRATION
Visiting clubs no longer complete an Intent to Race form.
All visiting clubs must complete race registration to secure a race entry, canoe request, and/or chase boat request.
Registration Steps/Login
If anyone from your club has participated in a SCORA race in the past, please use your club’s account login and do not create another one and login here.
If new to racing with SCORA register here
Once in your account:
Under Canoe, there are 3 options:
• Request Canoe from SCORA (SCORA will assign)
• Bringing your own canoe
• Using a SCORA canoe (already arranged)
IF REQUESTING A CANOE FROM SCORA
• Agree to the terms
• Complete registration
• SCORA will be notified of your canoe request
IF REQUESTING A CHASE BOAT
• Chase boat requests are now handled directly through registration
• Completing registration early helps secure availability
• SCORA coordinates the chase boat arrangements and teams pay the driver directly
IF BRINGING YOUR OWN CANOE
• Select canoe type
• Enter canoe number
• Canoe color and name are optional
IF USING A SCORA CANOE ALREADY ARRANGED
• Choose the canoe from the dropdown menu
• If the canoe is not listed, select “canoe not listed” and type it in
• SCORA will contact you regarding specifics
PADDLER ENTRY
• The paddler input screen will appear
• Enter visiting paddlers under “Guest”
• If using a SCORA paddler, select them from the dropdown menu
• Select a coach
• Hit Next to proceed to payment
• Payment may be completed online or in person
